As the founder and director of Royale Essential Group, she has dedicated her career to helping aspiring healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in competitive industries.
Sofia’s background includes extensive work in medical training, curriculum development, and small business consulting. She’s personally coached and trained hundreds of students in programs ranging from CNA certification to business startup blueprints.
Her mission is simple: to empower others through education, opportunity, and personalized guidance. Known for her hands-on teaching style and unwavering support, Sofia is more than a director — she’s a trusted partner in every student’s journey toward success.
